Official Lion on USB - to use/convert

Hi, I have Lion on thumbdrive but cannot use iBoot or Unibeast to see it as it's looking in Applications. How can I convert it to something usable like a .dmg? Or even back it up and make my own, perhaps CCC?
I've search and came to naught. I even tried LionDiskmaker but it produced an error.

I borrowed the physical key form a tech around here, so such a purchase wasn't made by me. Furthermore the other two files I downloaded are "incomplete" when trying to rework with Tony's software.

Even showing Package Contents doesn't reveal the .dmg that you'd normally work with, see att. So I don't know what to go form here. But I do have to return the thumb drive within a week.

You need to use UniBeast - OS X Lion USB Thumb Drive - 1.7.0. You can download it at http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=170

The issue you will run into is that that was last updated 2 years ago and most likely will not boot motherboard in your profile.
