choppy video or whatever its called

anyone can help.i've tried the method using reset safari,but only work sometimes for safari not for the mplayerx and quickplayer

for the problem.im already update the flash and anything else from adobe,but still keep going like that
i want to use the mplayerx because have the ability using dts and ac3 file
