It restarts after that!

I have uploaded my "Installation USB" EFI partition CLOVER folder.

You did not follow the guide.

http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

I feel I did follow the instructions. I went through the instructions again actually! I did post you my CLOVER folder of my installation USB drive. Where did I go wrong? :)

You definitely did not follow the guide I linked.
You should not use patched ACPI for reaching the installer.

Use config.plist from guide. Remove SSDT-HACK.aml from ACPI/patched.

Actually I mixed some things with this guide too...

http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-lenovo-z50-70-using-clover-uefi-10-11.179520/

That guide actually mentioned to put the patched ACPI into the ACPI/patched folder so I did patch the SSDT-HACK.dsl file with MaciASL and I saved it in ACPI/patched folder.

Shall I use this config.plist?

https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/blob/master/config_HD4600_4400_4200.plist

OR

the one in this folder:

https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/tree/master/hotpatch

OR

this one:

Yes, that guide has some wrong things about booting the installer. Using fully patched ACPI while booting the installer just causes problems (hda-gfx injection without patched AppleHDA can cause reboot/panic).

Yes... just as the guide says.

Now I get a kernel panic error during installation of macOS Sierra.

Boot verbose, show photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

I did get past that...and I successfully installed macOS Sierra. But has you mentioned in the guide that the installer will install in two phases... but my installation was finished in one phase.

macOS is different. Second phase is done by booting the installer or finished partition you see on your HDD/SSD. It can also depend on the state of your HDD before you ran the installer... You just have to pay attention to what you see in Clover.

I also got a Kernel Panic with macOS Sierra on Skylake Platform.
