Got our first ITX-sized 100 Series motherboard in today- it's the ASRock Z170M-ITX/ac. The board features Realtek ALC892 audio, a mini PCIe slot, and dual Intel I219-V and Realtek RTL8111H ethernet. It has 2 DDR4 RAM slots, a full featured AMI UEFI BIOS, USB 3.0, and DP, HDMI, and DVI graphics ports. Here are some pictures:
Like some budget-oriented Z170 motherboards, this model doesn't include USB 3.1. The included wireless card is Realtek AC, so for OS X compatibility a user would need to replace with a natively supported Broadcom model. But it is nice to have a mini-PCIe slot to easily add a compatible one.
All in all the ASRock Z170M-ITX/ac does seem like a decent choice when the Skylake and 100 Series platform is native.
