Hi all,
with the above configuration, all i get is 2560x1440 @ 60 Hz, no 3840x2160.
MST is set to “Off” at the Monitor.
According to the specs, 3840x2160 should be possible:
Integrated graphics processor - Intel® HD Graphics support
Multi-VGA output support: DisplayPort / HDMI / DVI-D / VGA ports
- Supports DisplayPort 1.2* with max resolution of 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz / 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz
- Supports HDMI with max. resolution of 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz or 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz
- Supports DVI-D with max. resolution of 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz - Supports RGB with max. resolution of 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz - Supports up to three displays simultaneously
Could it be a pixel clock limitation?
2560x1440 @ 60 Hz yields 221 MPixel / sec. This should at least yield 24 Hz @ 3840x2160 which i think i could settle with. I there a limitation in Mac OS?
Any ideas?
