Since we're not telepathic, we need to know your components.

Memory compatibility is dependent upon your motherboard make & model; the motherboard has a memory support list you can check to see if either make and model number are compatible.

Your PSU needs to be rated Haswell "ready" or "certified." If not, your system may freeze or shut down when the processor goes into it's low voltage idle state.

I'd check with the tonymacx86 Buyer's Guide (link at top of this page) to ensure your components have a successful chance of running Yosemite.
