Question: can be modified AMD7000Controller.kext for HD7990 so that it maintained, at least as a one HD7970?? (about support CrossFireX in MAC OS I humbly keep silence)))
All I managed to understand, that HD7970 support OS X from version 10.8.3, and ATI HD7970 has device ID: 0x67981002 - distinction with my card in 1 symbol!
So i try to get to work XFX HD7990 (ID: VEN_1002&DEV_679B or 0x679B1002). My Hackintosh define it like "Unknown 3Mb memory".
Or maybe anyone can help me or explain properly how to add Device ID of HD7990, because I've already lost!))
