can i preinstall dsdt?

how do i add a dsdt preinstall so my graphics card will work right away? I have been able to install lion but after install it boots but my monitor will not work. i was hoping to find a way to set up the dsdt on the usb that i am installing from. sorry if i sound dumb but im very new to this and have been screwing around for three days trying to figure this out on my own, but have not been able to get past the install.

4gb ddr2
nvidia geforce 9600m GT 512mb

k that also brings me to my next question, i have extracted my dsdt from my bios, but even after trying to repair it it still has one error i cant fix, it says its a syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_STRING_LITERAL on line 5166
5165 {
5166 Increment ("Local0")
5167 }

im not sure how to change that so it will work.

I hope this will solve my problems but we will see. I have managed to get a successful install but, after it installs i have an issue with either no screen if it does boot or I get a boot then auto-shutdown then restart loop. it will only boot to no screen if i use the iboot. If i try to boot from BCD boot menu selection it does the boot loop thing. not sure if the dsdt will make the difference but its the only next step i have.
