I need it too

ASRock boards do not support power management OOB, so the BIOS needs to be flashed with modded BIOS ROM. (same available on website but tiny bit is changed)

You can find BIOS ROM file for your motherboard here http://biosrepo.wordpress.com/asrock/z77/

Read more about it and understand why the BIOS needs to flashed. http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt/47397-msi-asrock-foxconn-1155-patched-bios-thread.html

Extract the DSDT using DSDT Editor and save it as .dsl format, compress it and attach.

Also provide System information.

I flashed the BIOS with the one I found by your link (Thanks a lot BTW!)
Now I attach the DSDT and hardware inside the archive.

Rename the attached dsdt file as DSDT.aml.

Try it on fresh installation (Recommended)

Or

Make sure you remove HDAEnabler.kext and NullCPUPowermanagement.kext from S/L/E if they exists.
Run Multibeast, install ALC892 Audio with DSDT.

HDMI Audio (onboard and GPU) - Should work.
Sleep - Should work.

Thanks a lot!
To you and Toleda

what is happening? You wrote the sleep is not working in the other thread? what's the issue?

Hi friend,
when I'm trying to put my PC to sleep, it just goes black screen, HDD's stop but coolers keep working, system power led is also lit. And it never wakes up from that state. I have patched BIOS installed, so the power states and sleep/restart are to be ok? But they are not. Could you please help?

That means there is something running on your system which is stopping it from going to sleep.
That DSDT i edited should work, give me the list of options that you have installed in multibeast.

Actually, I got nothing running at all.
A fresh system. Your DSDT.aml only. I can set up ALC892 and WiFi card with kexts I have, but I want to fix mobo issues first.
