DSDTSE currently looks in \Users\username\... folder instead of the home directory setting on your user account. I have my home directory moved to a different drive for space reasons (primary drive is a 120GB SSD and my home directory is over 500GB) and for the ability to re install my OS w/o worrying as much about my data. What I did to get DSDTSE to work is the following:

Using Path Finder, I created a symbolic link to my 'username' folder (File > Make Alias > Make Symbolic Link). You can do this other ways, but Pathfinder just makes it easier for me.

I copied this symbolic link to the \Users folder and renamed to just be 'username' (instead of 'username link').

After this, DSDTSE works properly since it now sees your user folder when it looks for it in \Users\username.
