P8Z68- v lx + GTX 560

Hey hackintosh-fellows out there!

I've used used most of the daylight hours(and most of the nights) the last couple of days to get hdmi sound output from my GPU.
..and i'm on the edge to lose my mind!!
I'm aware of the sticky guides and to get through the first steps i need to go through another guide to get the pre-guide things done. You know its like inception - a guide in a guide in a guide!

My at-the-momenet problem is to get my extracted DSDT file patched..

PS. I know this didd'nt bring a lot info, but i will gladly provide any needed.

I realise now that I should have made a reply to that guide instead.. oh well.

Allready seen that guide and my problem is to find the real ALC patch, no one for 887.

So im supposed to use both guides to get that working DSDT?
Actually tried the combi aswel and i can get a "Error-free" patched dsdt.
But it seems the only sound-out I've managed to get is my AirportExpress.

Audio is not working. What is the audio codec? Did you install a patched AppleHDA.kext? If so, what? Reply with dsdt and a copy of IOReg. [Guide] How to Make a Copy of IOReg

Using the Audio codec ALC888b and the patched AppleHDA.kext version is the 10.7.4 for ALC888b/887

Edit dsdt/HDEF/layout-id to 0x77, 0x03, 0x00, 0x00. Remove all the injections except layout-id and pinconfigurations and set Package to 0x04. It should look like HDEF in the first post here Optimized AppleHDA for Realtek ALC 887/888b on Lion - Update. Compile, install, restart and reply with IOReg.

In this case the injections are "Device type", codec-id"?
