Currently, I have two systems right now.
One is i5 750/GA P55M-UD4/ATI4850. I have successfully installed 10.6.2 thru tonymac's CD Boot guide. Thanks so much!
Another is i7 920/EVGA X58 Sli. Yes, I'm using it with 10.6.2 but it was installed Sept. last year. I get the feeling that I should overhaul the system these days, I mean a clean reinstall again.
But one problem is that the DSDT for EVGA X58 Sli which i'm using is, I believe, a quite outdated which I got it from one of good tutorial of insanleymac.com. Everything works OK except sleep. I don't understand how to edit DSDT, I only followed whatever available at that time.
Also, EVGA X58 Sli's sound chip is RealTek alc 889a. I'm using voodoohda.kext with 32 bit only.
My wish is if someone who has the same board or knows how to, maybe I can get a help of editing DSDT for EVGA X58 Sli as latest as possible. I know this may be too broad asking. But as I said, if possible, please help me!
