Hello!
Well, I bit the bullet and started my own Hackintosh. It's mostly the CustoMac Pro config, but with a couple changes, (case and power supply)
Gigabyte LGA Dual Thunderbolt GA-Z87X-UD5-TH motherboard
Intel i7 quad-core (3.5 Ghz)
LG Internal BD-ROM
TP-Link PCIe WiFi Card
Corsair 750 watt RM series power supply
EVGA GeForce GTX760 graphics card
Crucial Ballistix DDR3 memory (32 GB kit)
AZZA Solano 1000 CSAZ-1000 Full Tower Case (Black w/ blue LED)
4.0 TB SATA Drive
At this point, I have functionality on it. The main problem is:
It won't boot without the UniBeast USB drive in place.
Is there a DSDT I'm missing?? Or something else I failed to do??
Also, should I update the BIOS on the Mobo?? (it's at P2 right now) BTW, the BIOS wouldn't allow me to disable VT-d.
