Hello, everyone. I recently acquired an old custom PC from a friend, who hasn't used the build in a very long time. When I got the computer, it was so covered in dust, that I could hardly see the motherboard  After further examination, the CPU cooler had seemingly burnt through the thermal paste... I seem to have it all good now, and I am hoping to hackintosh it. The specs (That I know and can identify) are as follows-
CPU- Intel Core 2 Duo (Stock clock at 3.16 GHz... Maybe this is it? http://intel.ly/1x9icst )
RAM- 4 GB of DDR3 in either Hyper X or Z3 dimms (I have some more if necessary)
Motherboard- This is a hard one... The motherboard is some old ROG Rampage Extreme... I'll see what I can find on it and update the post if I do
PSU- Kingston Modular 620W
Graphics- I know it isn't good, and I might be able to change it later, but EVGA e-GeForce 8800 GTS

I know it isn't much, but if I can get it to work, it'd be amazing. Anything will help. Thanks in advance

So far, it's compatible with OS X Mavericks, OS X Yosemite, but I haven't tested the others...

If I'm not mistaken the 8800 was used in actual Mac Pro's. The card should work with 10.8 and 10.7, although I'm not sure about earlier. Maybe 10.6?

I know that the 8800 can be used PnP, which is quite nice. The graphics is a tad slow, but that's expected for an older card. It still works fine, though :) Nvidia released an 8800 GT for Macs, but I'm not sure if they came with them. What year do you think came with them?
