Has anyone managed to install 10.10 on a Asus X99-E WS board? If so what was the process and what is/isn't working?

p.s. I have seen other successful X99 installs/guides, but none for the X99-E WS, hence the title! (-;

I've done it. To get to the installer you need to use npci=0x3000 dart=0 cpus=1.

I can't get sound to work yet.
 
Amazing! Does the ethernet work? Have you tried Thunderbolt?

What version of OS installer did you use? Did you use Chameleon boot loader?

Ethernet I haven't tested, I'm using wireless, but it's looking like it's working. Thunderbolt works.

Used Chameleon. The key boot flag was dart=0, I think that is pretty unique to this board.
 
What usb ports did you use and also what GPU?
 
Also could you share your BIOS settings?
