help upgrading my board?

hey guys. new to this game.
i was gonna get a new motherboard for my pc, and i thought hey, maybe this is the perfect opportunity to build a nice hackintosh. so im looking for a motherboard that will best suit my needs and be easiest to do the build.

i have:

8GB (2x4GB) 1333mhz ram.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570
coolermaster hyper 212 cpu cooler
intel i7 860 @ 2.80Ghz (quad core with hyperthreading)
2x 2TB seagate barracuda harddrives

what motherboard would be best suited for me? my case will take an ATX or an mATX.

Your memory, processor and processor cooler components will not work with the new Haswell systems. Haswell motherboards & processors use a different socket configuration and have tight specifications. Make sure that the memory you purchase is verified by the motherboard manufacturer. Gigabyte has a list of verified memory for each motherboard on it's website in the Downloads tab. Same for power supplies (PSU); make sure the PSU you buy is "Haswell ready" to avoid random freezes. However, your hard drives and possibly the GTX 570 can be re-used.

Look at the Golden and User Builds build descriptions to see which combination will fit your needs.

BTW, you can't go wrong with one of the CustoMacs in the tonymacx86 Buyer's Guide.
