Cheap, OOB, Mountain Lion Graphics Card

What is the best graphics card that meets these criteria:

Works out of the box
In Mountain Lion
Cheap
Preferably low noise and power

Basically, I don't want to run games, I just need a basic graphics card that just plain works. No frame buffers, no injection, no KEXTs, no Fermi issues. I know Mountain Lion is discontinuing support for more graphics cards, so it seems this is getting to be tougher to find something easy.

I have a 5450 passive now, but have to specify the frame buffer and have video artifacts issues.

Looks like the 6450 works better OOB.

I had constant issues with hard freezes and artifacts using the HD3000. I finally went to a discrete card to try to fix them.

I am OC but artifacts has been a very common issue for many people with HD3000. Unfortunately.

Actualy artifacs on the HD 3000 is verry common. I had them before I got a GPU. It is not because of a CPU or motherboard problem.

i second that. my asus engts250 worked oob and is a really decent card. (i have the 1GB)

Is the 640 or 560 the best bet?

The previously suggested 6450 seems like a bad idea due to the 6XXX issues in ML.

560 is better then the 640.
The radion 6xxx issue in ML shouldn't be a deal breaker because its a simple fix.
