What Motherboard should I buy??

At first, I have to say "Sorry", my english is too bad.
Ok, my old PC is near to die, and it can´t update more than OsX 10.7
I´m going to buy a i5 4440, 8Gb Ram and a Motherboard. I think that the Integrated Graphics is enough for me (And I don´t have many money ).
My question is: What Motherboard have to buy if I have a Micro ATX case?. I want use handoff and Continuity. Is possible with integrated Bluetooth of motherboard?? If I buy a Motherboard without bluetooth can I use handoff with USB Bluetooth?? Or I need a special PCIe adapter??
Help me please, I´m lost

I would go with one of the two following mATX motherboards:

Asus H97M-Plus or the Gigabyte H97M-D3H

as neither of these motherboards have a PCIe x1 slot on them.

Thank you for answer me so quickly. I´m thinking that I can buy a Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H (ATX) and take a my uncle second hand ATX case (free, obviously ).
If I made this, and buy a adapter, this motherboard have PCI Express X1. it will be work fine without buy an extra cables and other thing?? I think that is better.
