Hello everybody.
I had clover working perfectly for a couple of months with just OSX Yosemite. I went from chameleon to clover because of the imessage problems. Took me a while to get it working, but with all the help offered here I was able to configure it just right.
Last week I decided to use a spare SSD I had here to install Windows 7 Professional. I couldn't get it to boot on legacy BIOS through clover, so I installed using UEFI. Boot screen looks good, but now I have some problems.
If I just boot to OSX over and over everything is OK. If I boot to windows all is good in windows, but after when I try to boot OSX, sometimes the computer doesn't reboot properly, hanging with no screen with fans running. Another thing that happens is that my keyboard and mice connected to usb don't work and I gave to change ports to get it working. Another thing that happens rebooting from windows to OSX is that the OSX progress bar sometime hangs or the image appears distorted and with static like image and I have to press reset.
Anyone has a clue? Thank you

When going from Windows to OS X do not reboot. Shut down Windows, then power on and boot OS X. The reason for this is that to speed the reboot process Windows maintains its hold on some resources and does not release its connection to some of the onboard chips - notably audio and networking and USB/SATA chips if the board has extra ones not fed from the PCH - this is stored in RAM and recovered by Windows on the reboot, speeding the reboot a bit. Unfortunately, this prevents OS X from initializing the system properly when you tell Windows to reboot and then choose to boot OS X instead.

Thank you for your answer.
Following your suggestion, I am now able to boot more often without any of the mentioned errors, but unfortunately, errors still occur every now and then. Yosemite only boots without any error if I disconnect the Windows 7 SSD.
I'm not getting the logic of this... Clover's config.plist and EFI partition remain unchanged...
