USB-C HP G5 dock with the Elitebook 830G7 (Ventura)

I am interested in using a USB-C dock with the Elitebook 830G7 (Ventura). If this is not possible, (USB mapping or some other limitation), I'd like to know now before buying a dock from eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/364637473345
