Yes. I multi-boot. If you are already using windows, new drivers may install and new wired connections may be assigned. The NIC’s work fine natively in Windows 10.

But my geekbench score is 30000 max
Seems like the cpu not running in turbo.. kindly help

Install HWmonitor and the necessary FakeSMC kexts. Monitor your CPU frequency. If it never boosts, then you do not have PWM properly configured.
