First the good news - everything works booting from SSD with Clover 2953, Sleep / Wake, Thunderbolt, iMessage, Audio, Stability etc all fine.

I have some good Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2133 16GB memory but whatever setting I choose in BIOS it always gets reported as running at 1333 in About This Mac.

Have tried loading XMP profile 1 at 1600MHz and using manual memory multipliers but whatever I set it runs at 1333 in Mac OS X.

Swapped the two sticks into other slots, tried a single stick and tried a different brand of memory all with the same result?

Is it actually running at 1333 or is it a cosmetic bug with Clover and Yosemite reporting the speed values?

Try changing config.plist <key>XMPDetection</key> from No to Yes.

Good Luck

No. This is only possible with a Mac. No hot plugging on PC Hardware when using OS X.
Thanks..

It means can use Thunderbolt storage device in x86OSX but not support hot plugin?
I heart the hardware design is different in Mac and PC by a Intel person.

What about the USB3 hot plug-in ? dose x86OSX support UASP protocol?

thanks

This is correct if using PC hardware when running OS X.

I heart the hardware design is different in Mac and PC by a Intel person.
Apple have tended to implement some features to work differently to the way in which they work in the PC world of Windows. Apple used Thunderbolt on X79 type hardware with great success. Intel and other companies were involved in this design and implementation process before any products came to market.

To my knowledge there are no known issues with supported USB3 ports being hot plugged with devices and there are certain chipsets that do follow the UAS Protocol. I suggest that you use google with terms like 'UASP Hackintosh' and 'UASP Mac' to find further information.
