Z77X-UD5H + 3570K Cannot Install - Panic "should have 4 threads but only..."

Sorry for my bad English...

Ok, bios updated to F8 (ML was prepared using Unibeast method)
I'm trying to install but keep getting Panic screen "should have 4 threads but only found 5 for die 0" after Chimera boot screen no matter what I try I keep getting the same error.
What may be the problem? PLEASE HELP!!!

Either the CPU isn't seated properly or you need to RMA it - it is telling you the die 0 is bad.
