Hey guys,
I'm looking into a build using the UP5-TH thunderbolt motherboard, along with a 3770k, etc. I would also like to use an Apple Thunderbolt display. After searching around the forums, it seems that this works just about perfectly. With that said, it looks like this would be using the HD4000 graphics, not the dedicated GPU. This machine will be used for some 3D modeling, video editing, among other intensive tasks. It goes without saying that the HD4000 simply won't be sufficient.
Does anyone know how I could go about using the onboard thunderbolt ports for 1 or possibly 2 Thunderbolt displays, but use a dedicated GPU to accomplish these intensive tasks?
Thanks guys!
