Z68-UD3H-B3 is broken - Should I buy the same? Or newer one? (1155 Socket)

Hi,
I think my Z68-UD3H-B3 is not working anymore. Because after seconds of booting it reboots. time after time.
I tested new RAM, new power adapter, nothing was working. So I think my board is the problem.

My questions:

Should I buy the same board on eBay or something like that?
OR: Should I buy an other 1155-socket-board?

I don´t want to spend morgen dann 90-100 Euro.

My system:
Z68X-UD3H-B3
Intel Core i5 (2500)
4x Hard drive
1x Sapphire HD6870
