Z370 Gaming 5 on Catalina - USB 3.0 Working in 2.0

Hello all,
My rig is working well and all is recognised properly but all USB 3.0 ports are working only at 480mbps (confirmed from Sys Info and Blackmagic Speed Test).
I used different drives (also an External NVME) but on the 3.0 ports I am getting only 40mb/s.
On the rear USB C I am getting 1gb/s with NVME.

Attached my EFI, all helps will be appreciated.

Yes, you need to follow one of the configuration guides, because although you have USBInjectAll installed, there is no SSDT file for it and the port-limit removal patch you have in place is for Mojave, not Catalina.
