Z270 Board Compatibility? Audio Concerns: Gigabyte Z270 Gaming 8

Recently with the latest update of Mac OS X, I continuously get massive problems with the system no longer booting after it's been working perfectly, and it seems to be some sort of corrupt file structure. I was running Hackintosh perfectly for a solid year now and for some reason it has started doing this. I don't know what the cause is. But, I'm thinking about switching to a Gigabyte motherboard since most people seem to have them for hackintosh builds. I would like to get the GA-Z270 Gaming 8, if it works. So this would be the full system:

Gigabyte Z270 Gaming 8 Motherboard
Intel Skylake 6700K i7 Processor
ASUS GTX 1080Ti Strix OC Edition
32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM 3200MHz
1TB Samsung 850 EVO SSD (Mac)
512GB 950 Pro SSD (Windows)

Dual booting the system was never a problem until the latest update. I must have run a fresh install 8 or 9 times now. Currently on an ASUS Z170 Deluxe Motherboard with all other hardware. Don't know if I'm going to switch yet, mainly looking for options first and to know if this one will work. I am mainly concerned with it being Z270 even though I'll have my Skylake processor in it, and also the CREATIVE Amp-Up Audio.
