Your computer is not connected to a power source

Hello. I'm trying to install Sierra in a hp probook 6470b. The macOS installer shows a screen in 1600x900 (Intel HD4000) that says: "Your computer is not connected to a power source" You must plug in and connect your power adapter before installing.
The computer ins connected to the power source, and has a battery with charge for 2 hours.
Someone has an idea for fix it?
