Yosemite to USB on El Captain Computer

I still have the Yosemite install on my IMAC running El Capitan. How do I trick the El Capitan Imac to allow me to put the Yosemite onto the USB?

i inadvertently deleted the bootleggers, recovery, and clover startup off my drive

As long as you have the Yosemite installer on your Mac you should be able to create a Yosemite USB stick (say using Apple createinstallmedia command). Do you still have the Yosemite installer?

I went and put el captain on.... as soon as I migrated the old drive, the issues began again right now im stuck in an apple screen boot loop. cant get into using recovery, hard drive or restore.
