Yosemite Post Install - Random Kernel Panics and Freezing issues.

So, I just finished installing Yosemite and sometime when I boot up, I get a kernel panic that looks like this.


But then other times it will just boot without giving a kernel panic, then after about 1-5 mins, everything will just freeze.

Can anyone help with this? I assume it's freezing because of the above kernel panic, but I have no idea how to fix that..

Is this only happening after you ran multibeast? If so did you uncheck Generate CPU states? That's necessary for the 4790K processor.
