config_HD515_520_530_540.plist needs to be renamed:
config.plist

so, now I'm getting into the installer but I can't choose my ssd to install and the disk utility isn't showing under services

so I restarted. now I can get into the disk utility but it is marked as inactive and I can't change that

click on view and show all devices

then erase the entire drive

so that worked, but now, after the installation in gets to the APPLE boot logo and then restarts too, now it looks like this

assuming you are booting from your usb stick each time?
