That's a bit odd, I have Lion in my purchase history so I just tried to download it on my MBP running El Capitan and it is downloading now.
Hmmmm, well I remember purchasing it about three years or so back as an update and the only time I see it now is with Snow Leopard, if I use anything higher it disappears, that's why I purchased it again ... Confusion he says

Hi Andrea,
I have the same mobo as you (Z9PA-D8 with 2x xeon E5-2670 v1 and a Quadro K2000) to get to the descktop you have to boot with these flags in clover: NPCI=0x3000 (0x2000 also works) and NV_DISABLE=1 unfortunately this way you won't have graphics acceleration.
I'm stuck at that point at the moment, the system works fine although the processor runs at 2,6 Mghz all the time, the number of memory slots are not properly reported (I have 2x4Gb modules, the system reports 8Gb but only sees one out 4 slot occupied -it should show 2 out of 8 slots...)
the ASUS mobo is a bit "special" and I guess I need to modify SDST and SSDT but I've never done that & I'm completely lost in that matter.
Hope this help you

Hello,

I'm trying to install a similar system, same board same V1 Xeon X 2.

Do you know where to find a guide?

I can't reach the Apple install system and i tried almost everything.

Thank you.

Hi everybody!

Some infos to run XEON E5 V1?

Which SMBIOS, which OSX version? Boot Flags?

A complete guide????

I have an Asus Z9 PE-D8

Check out Everymac.com and search for an iMac definition that's close to your 2680 sandy bridge cpu's and that should hopefully give you a better starting base. I know I struggled like hell with V1 chips.

Martin

Hello, don't you have still the files (extra, config.plist,...) for the V1?

I have iMac12,2 but think it might be v2 ... I guess you can only try.

TpwUK did you download my entire setup files yet and tried those?
There I put my 5802bios-modded rom / efi folder
Use them on usb stick and put my ssdt created for your processors in there instead of my 2x2670.
Be sure to use a modded AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext because without it wont work.
Bios optimised defaults with just virutalization settings and vtd turned off.
If you use my created SSDT it should work.
If it does not something else is wrong.
Try bios mod and AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext and be sure to remove nullcpupowermanagement.

Can you re-upload your EFI folder? The dropbox link is expired :/

I also have the ASUS Z9PE-D8 WS and 2x2670v1, and I am trying to get it to work on 10.13.6

Great to hear you got macOS V11 going.
I also have a Z9PE-W8 but am still on OS 10.11 (ElCap).

Do you have any tips for upgrading.
I am currently on bios v5802 as this has been the most stable for me.
I have 2x Xeon E5 2580, 64GB ECC RAM, NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti

Previously I've had good experiences with the Multibeast/Clover/EFI setups, but would certainly appreciate any advice in getting a new version running here!

I have BIOS 5802, added support for SSD NVMe M.2, I put everything in the Archiv.zip folder, NVIDIA can throw it out))) buy RX580 or Vega 64

Thanks! I will see how it goes. Hopefully I can get it to work with the current graphics card, may be a bit expensive to get a new one yet!
