Me too. I have custom water cooling (on the VRMs too) so cooling the CPU shouldn't be a problem, but how about the VRM temps?
How does your VRMs handle 4.6GHz?

I need to boot into windows for that, right?(HWINFO64 ...?) If you know any app for mac do tell me, else i ll try this afternoon and come back to ya.

I use AIDA64 combined with Rivatuner to monitor the VRM temps but HWinfo is also fine. I'm not familiar with OSX, sorry.
