I need help to ports not work

Undo your incorrect changes...
Install GenericUSBXHCI.kext. It is unreliable but sort-of works.
Best result if you install compatible hardware (FL1100 based USB3 card).

I test before 10.12 not work but 10.11 worked GenericUSBXHCI.kext
If USBInjectAll.kext?It is best kext for intel.
