Going to gauge if there's any interest in patching people's ASUS BIOSes with the Apple logo? Posting SAGE10G 3101 (Patched from DSM2's patch, requires SSDT-AWAC)

(Recommended to use BIOS FlashBack on ASUS mobos with MBR formatted FAT32 USB stick, with the file name WSXTG.CAP in root folder).

Also if anyone knows how to get rid of the "Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS" let me know, please. I've spent hours and looked at the .cap bundle and it's too complicated to figure out and want to avoid bricking BIOSes.

I would love this for my Prime Deluxe! And it would be a major cherry on top if there was a way to get rid of '..press DEL..'

Link me (or upload .cap here) to your latest ASUS BIOS and I'll patch it for you and repost. Still looking into getting rid of that bottom text...if anyone has an idea please post. If there's enough interest in this, will post a guide to it. It does require Windows, however. There's another way to do it in terminal but it's a bit cumbersome.

I thought for a while since the ASUS logo is so ugly in the BIOS splash screen, I would rather it be just black...but the Apple one doesn't look too bad.

Amazing! You rock, @izo1 !
Here is the latest (3006) but currently I am on the previous, version 2002 (not sure if the latest affects MSR lock? plus, if it ain't broke...). Can anyone confirm whether or not 3006 is safe to use for Asus Prime Deluxe?

MSR lock option is broken in 3006. 3006 has to be patched with UEFITool
Should I patch first and then send to @izo1 or can I patch after?

Also, @djlild7hina - I keep getting 'file can't be read' or 'patches.txt can't be found' with every combination I try with UEFI Patcher. Can you please clarify the instructions? Thanks in advance!

Here you go, now with the Apple logo splash. You can patch it as @djlild7hina mentioned.

Don't forget to use the BIOS Flashback instead of upgrading from the BIOS. And then shut down, power cycle (cable disconnected, top panel power held down for 10-15 sec) and then power cable back in and then CLR_CMOS button for best way to reset your bios after a fresh write.

The manual doesn't mention MBR FAT32 USB stick, but that's a requirement. And also the custom names of the file is in the manual for your .cap file in the root of the stick.

My
Disabling CSM allows your BIOS to run in full EFI mode and disables legacy protocols in the BIOS.

The alert is because you have the new audio feature in OpenCanopy enabled. Disable it in your config.plist if you don't need it.

EFI is important for macOS.

Did you set your GPU to main gpu or something in the BIOS? It might be RX580 related. Maybe it doesn't have GOP support.

I have a Radeon VII and SAGE/10G and no issues whatsoever with BIOS screen, it's perfect with no stretching when booting with CSM disabled.

the alert is a bios alert, one long and 3 shorts. Regarding the headless boot, i have an exotic system with multiple displays, 2 are vga using DP adaptors and one is DVI, i can only see the DVI when booting if i unplug both DP. I had the same issue with my previous board (p9x79) with clover. If i only use the DVI, everything is fine.
