Yes, I Know Dortania Guide. But I would like a link here on tonymacx with a people tha have an experience specialy with this board X299 Designare EX and Big Sur last version. RX 6800 XT I think is not a problem if I use 11.4

Thank You

There are several posts here with useful information, you're better off just searching, but here's a thread that might help you get started

But I can't over-emphasize how important it is to read the OpenCore guide, that's where you'll find the best information, I promise you.

What kind of information are you looking for? I have a similar setup (look at my signature), maybe I can help?

Oh yes, I see now, You have exactly the same setup!

The situation:

I'm IT repair specialist in PC & MAC; hardware and software. I building since many years PC gamers too. Oveclocked with customs watercooling.

I've clients(sound studios, advertising studios and others) whose by hardware and give to me for install MacOS. For them, I need make a perfect hackintosh that all run like a real Mac. In most cases with dual boot with Windows.

My work don't let me much time, I need make this perfect and quickly.

The PC is done, overclocked all 14 core at 4,5Ghz. I,'ve Big Sur 11.4 and I now I need make the good EFI for install.

If are You have sugestions, I'm realy appreciate

* It's the first time I use RX 6000 series on a hackintosh

Oooof, unfortunately I don't think there's such a thing as a perfect hackintosh....
I'm as close to perfect as i've ever been, but there's always going to be a thing or two that's going to be problematic. Like when you "fix" thunderbolt, you might break sleep, when you fix sleep, you might break other features, etc. etc. etc.

question: have you installed a replacement wifi/bluetooth card? the one that comes stock will give you all kinds of trouble and instability.

Another thing that will probably give you instability is overclocking. Unless you really know what you're doing, and you have plenty of time for testing. If you don't get your CPU power management perfect, you probably won't be able to get sleep to work.

Thunderbolt will never be perfectly functional/stable unless you manually flash the chip, which doesn't seem to be physically possible with the x299 Designare EX.

I'm personally still working on mine, and it's been a year in the process. My recommendation is to start with the EFI from the link I shared, and go from there.

Thank You very much for your answer.

I don't need, I don't whant and I don't put sleep on these machines. My clients starts computer in the morning with their jobs and shut down in the end when the job is done. Meanwhile them need these machines go fast as possible! That's says, overclocking is a good think, sleep is unnecessary, many "low power" tricks like EIST are disable in Bios....and I don't worry about stability on my overcloking:)

Yes, I've installed a Fenvi T-919 on this computer.

I will start EFI in this mornig. First all, I will install BS 11.4 and look for all is run perfect except thunderbolt. I'll look for thunderbolt after, the last.

I'm very appreciate for your time, thank You

Now I go to bed, here in Europe is 2 pm....see You next time
