Hi,
I'm encountering difficult to right understand how compile the DROM of my GC-Titan Ridge v.1 using HackinDROM. Given that my motherboard is an ASUS SAGE / 10G and that I only use one TITAN RIDGE controller, if I understand correctly I should set 1) "0" in the first field 2) vendor name: GIGABYTE 3) device name: GC TITAN RIDGE 4) PCIe slot number: "2" (the card is actually inserted in slot 2) 5) PCI Root Path: ???? Here I just did not understand what to insert ...

Hello,
For the moment HackinDROM's SSDT generator for add-in Thunderbolt Controller cards are specially designed for Z390 Z370 motherboards, for other motherboards like yours (X299) you have to compile your own SSDT using an original DSDT.aml of your system. Please check this post to get the files we need (.ioreg and DSDT.aml) to compile your SSDT. ThunderboltDROM section is still correct for all motherboards and PCIe cards, so you can copy and past it in your Thunderbolt SSDT.aml.
Once clicked to "Generate Thunderbolt SSDT" click to "Jump to DROM" to see ThunderboltDROM section

Maybe Casey can help you to compile your Thunderbolt SSDT @CaseySJ
Then I can add the support for X299 motherboards to HackinDROM.

Hey guys! Quick question: everything considered (hardware quality, support and most important easy and reliable hackintoshability) do you consider Asus or Gigabyte the best boards?

I'm sure everyone has their opinions but I prefer Asus

HackinDROM is only used for flashed cards with custom firmware. If your card is non flashed then refer to kgp's original gudide.

If it is flashed, use HackinDROM and root path: RP05.

I'm also retired (again) so will probably be the last time I post.

I decided to (finally) upgrade to a flashed BIOS from @izo1 and I was not able to boot into 10.15.6! I flashed back down to 2002 and everything worked fine again. I am using Clover 5120. Do I need to add some sort SSDT or something?

Thank you in advance!
