Would Lion 10.7.5 be compatible with a new i7 Coffee Lake build?

Would I be able to run Lion 10.7.5 on one of the new builds with an intel i7 Coffee Lake and a 300 Series motherboard?
Or would I get compatibility issues between the system and the hardware?

Hardware that was released after the OS ceased to be supported will not run that OS as a general rule.
