Unfortunately there are some odd situations with some of the 4K monitors. Some work and some don't. It's obvious that your drivers are working, so that only leaves the interaction between the OS and the detection of the monitor. Is it possible to adjust the resolution of the 4k monitor once both are connected?

Thanks for the reply had both monitors connected swapping resolution then the 4K monitor held a 1920, so started to control 4K monitor swapping res,s still working, pulled the hdmi monitor off, then holding my breath rebooted, and yes it booted the 4K monitor and all resalutions work. So we happy, don't know why but it sorted its self out. But far better than the psychedelic view it proved me with.
