So I just recently decided to build a new Hackintosh, and have successfully Installed Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4, & everything is working except sleep. I was hoping since this Gigabyte board has 3D BIOS it would be supported natively however I cannot get it working yet.. Personally I don't use sleep so not an issue for me..
NOTE: I did have to remove AppleHDA In order to get the Voodoo HDA Audio working, and It's working perfectly no crackling noises or anything, the quality of the audio is quite good, there is no need for a USB Sound Card..
Must Update to Mac OSX Lion 10.7.3 after restart boot into OSX Lion again and install Multibeast, be sure to remove AppleHDA Before attempting to install VoodooHDA..
MultiBeast
- EasyBeast
- System Utilities
- Atheros Network
- Latest VoodooHDA
Performance wise I think I'm getting about the expected benchmarks, 9900 Geekbench 32Bit Score at Stock speeds..
