Workaround for VGA port for HD4000

As you know, the VGA port on HD4000 laptop does not work, even with the patch. It's because VGA port is not supported by AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext. I just tried a DisplayPort-to-VGA and HDMI-to-VGA adapter and both work fine. The display is detected right after plugging in. You need a patched AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext by PBI, or use the patch here (If you didn't use PBI)

Yep, i use a vga to hdmi adapter, works great
