Wont go pass apple logo

Hey everyone
Im pulling my hair out with this installation and my pc skills are not great.
Ok i went with a customac pro build from the buyers guide.
Asus rog strix z370-f gaming.
Core 17-8700k.
Sapphire rx 580 pulse.

So iv followed the install guide for El capitan word for word but as soon as i get to the apple logo it stays there for a few sec then the pc resets.
Iv got my drive in a USB 2 port and the graph card is not installed also i can see secure boot option in the bios but i can't change anything its like you need to update the bios to get that option all the other settings from the guide iv changed.

Hey Grim thanks for the reply bud let me know if I need more info on my profile

I did a reboot in verbose mode but nothing really happens here’s a screen shot. It just reboots after that

Probably caused by the wrong memory fix driver.
Try AptioMemoryFix-64.efi instead or maybe OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi - See nickwoodhams.com
