Wondering about ElliottForceLegacyRTC.kext

What's the reason ElliottForceLegacyRTC isn't included the UniBeast install that you make? It seems very useful, especially when you've configured your BIOS or UEFI to be Hackintosh friendly.

Because it's not need to boot and run the OS X installer.

UniBeast is for installing, not a long term boot solution.
