Wireless Card Recognized, No Networks Found [YOSEMITE]

I've been working for some time to get my wifi working, and about everything seems to be, but there are no networks displayed. I'm on an Asus P6T Deluxe, using a BCM4306 (Linksys WMP54GS).

I've got the system recognizing the card after having modified IO80211Family.kext, getting AirPortBrcm4311.kext loaded up and everything, but no matter what I try, I don't get any networks to show.

What direction do I need to take/what more information does anyone need to help solve the problem?

I'm also facing same issue on Yosemite with BCM 4306 PCI card. Any help please
