Good to hear that DSDT is working for you Tom. Out of curiosity are you getting a bunch of console errors still with it or does it seem the patches, hacks, and that DSDT have taken care of most compatibility issues?
Also remember dont discuss Mountain Lion installing and stuff here. I have a Mac Pro 3,1 running it, but until its released we shouldn't share much outside of a knowing nod with the others that have it. Until Ivy Bridge based macs come out we wont have proper support in anything outside of Apple's labs and they doesn't have a history of including platform support in updates before the hardware is released. It tends to be GPUs that we stumble upon implemented drivers before the corresponding hardware is released for OS X.
