Here's the GB5 scores for the Intel i7-9700K. Not that far off on the multicore score.

Here's an example of how SysDef choice makes a difference on performance. These three results are for a 9700K hackintosh that is using Macmini8,1 instead of an iMac 19,1 SysDef. Look at how much lower the scores are. Big difference in multi-core performance.

I’m excited to get this Ryzentosh up and running, struggling with the installer at the moment. Is it worth doing a fresh installer?, i’d like to get Mojave on here. The Bios settings are different too, the only one I can see that would need changing is the serial port, UEFI is already selected and ACHI is already set too.
