Just about to bury my face in the trough, but thought I should post that I have cured the problem with booting into Window$ 10 by enabling "SyncRuntimePermissions".
Problem solved.

Worked for me! I only needed to use the SyncRuntimePermissions = TRUE.

This worked for me too (SyncRuntimePermissions = TRUE)! Had the exact same problem.

SyncRuntimePermissions = TRUE - This also worked for me. For noobs, like myself, this is in the config.plist under Booter -> Quirks -> SyncRuntimePermissions
