Win X Mac OS Dual boot on Origin PC

Just purchased my new Origin PC Laptop (EON15-S) and I want to dual boot MacOS/Win X on two seperate m.2 ssd's. What would be the recommended process to get this done?

Thank you, I have seen the helpful pinned guides and I only see info on dual booting 3 OS's not just 2. Just trying to be as precise as possible.

No problem. If you only want two out of the three, ignore the third one you do not want.
