Your Broadwell FCLGA2011-3 socket CPU should be supported, with some work. There are guides for similar X99 builds on this site. You would need to use the X99 guide as a base and adjust it to suit your system.

Your Nvidia Quadro M2000 is only supported in OS X Yosemite up to and including macOS High Sierra, with the correct Nvidia Web Drivers.

So yes your configuration can run macOS. But it is limited to which versions it can run and requires a lot of work on your part to get it to a position to boot macOS.

I have a system based on a X99 motherboard and a Core i7 6850K, and it runs MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 / MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 / MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 / MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.

So it may be possible for your system to be able to run MacOS as well. As already mentioned, you are limited to MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 as the latest OS as your graphics card is not supported on MacOS Mojave and later due to lack of Nvidia drivers.
