Will the GM build update as normal or will it follow the beta path?

I've the Sierra GM build, but there doesn't seem to be a way to directly update to the public release. So will the GM now stay on the beta update path or will it get back on the public release with the next .1 update?

The GM build (the second one) and the public release are the same. You'll get 10.12.1 when it releases if you aren't on the public beta track.

Thanks. Im running the first GM i think. Build 16A320. I think the public release was 16A323. Does this matter?

No, you'll still get the .1 update. And if not, you can always download the combo updater.
